Attorney and Partner
Ken Kulak is an attorney and a partner in the Energy Practice Group of Morgan Lewis. Ken represents energy companies in regulatory proceedings and advises utilities, project developers, investors, and commercial energy users on a wide range of energy transactions, with a focus on solar energy. His transactional work includes counseling clients in the development and negotiation of power purchase agreements, renewable energy credit contracts, project construction and maintenance agreements, and the purchase, sale, and financing of solar energy projects. He advises utilities on renewable portfolio standard compliance and procurement design and counsels a variety of clients on electricity markets, energy efficiency, net metering, and demand response programs. Ken is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he is now a lecturer in law and teaches a seminar on energy law and climate change.
