Julia Hamm, Executive

Ms. Hamm has served as SEPA
executive director since January 2004 and worked for an additional
four years as a program manager for the association. Prior to
running SEPA, she worked as a senior associate at ICF
International, a leading consulting firm in the areas of energy and
environment, where she supported the US Environmental Protection
Agency with the implementation of the ENERGY STAR program. Her
career has focused on developing tools to communicate the value of
renewable energy and energy efficiency to electric utilities,
municipal governments, and product manufacturers. Ms. Hamm is the
chair of Solar Power International and is on the board of directors
of the Interstate Renewable Energy Council. She holds a Bachelors
in Science in Business Management from Cornell University.

Renee Waters, Manager of

Ms. Waters supports the Executive Director of SEPA and is also
responsible for a wide range of duties, including working closely
with the Board of Directors, interfacing with SEPA's management
team, and helping to establish procedures for the Association's
executive functions. Renee has over 20 years of executive
management experience working in a variety of industries including
legal, biotechnology, and government contracting. Renee is also a
member of the Association of Executive and Administrative
Professionals.

Mark Kimble, Director of

Mr. Kimble joined SEPA in 2007 and is responsible for the
development, operation, and financial management of the
organization. Mr. Kimble`s background includes a wide range of
experience in the not-for-profit sector where he most recently
served as Vice President for a national arts education association.
He has also served as Director for a national health advocacy
group, and was Chief Financial Officer for the National Building
Museum in Washington DC. As a manager with a local public
accounting firm, he provided auditing services, strategic planning
advice, and human resource support. A native of Maryland, Mark now
calls Washington, DC home and is a member of the Greater Washington
Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of
Association Executives.

Mike Taylor, Director of

Mr. Taylor provides technical research, information and support
on solar markets, programs, projects, and technologies to SEPA
members. Prior to joining SEPA, Mr. Taylor spent seven years with
the Minnesota Department of Commerce specializing in clean energy
policy and program development, including energy efficiency, solar,
wind, biomass, biofuels, climate change, and utility regulation. In
2002 he received funding to develop and operate the Minnesota Solar
Electric Rebate Program, a statewide PV incentive program for
consumers. Mike holds a Master in Science, Technology, and
Environmental Policy from the U. of Minnesota and a Bachelor in
Environmental Biology from St. Mary's University of
Minnesota.

Yasmeen Hossain,

Ms. Hossain joined SEPA in 2008, where she works on researching
and managing projects, surveys and reports. Ms. Hossain`s
background is varied from working for Friends of the Earth, an
environmental NGO, to international work experience at BRAC in
Bangladesh, to consulting for the World Wildlife Fund. She holds a
Masters in Science from the London School of Economics in
Environment and Development Studies, and a Bachelors degree from
Alliant International University in Environmental Studies and
International Business Administration.

Mr. Krishnamoorthy joined SEPA at the beginning of 2010. He
holds a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science at Wheaton
College in Norton, Massachusetts and he is currently completing his
Masters in Energy and Earth Resources at the University of Texas at
Austin. Mr. Krishnamoorthy's interest in solar energy started when
he interned and later worked part-time for a solar electric design
and installation company based in Austin, Texas. Working within the
sales and marketing departments, he was able to gain valuable
insight in small scale PV installations and PV rebate programs. He
has also conducted research on concentrated solar power in the
Middle East for his Masters thesis.

Ms. Raper began working with SEPA in 2009, where she helps
coordinate the educational programming for all of the associations'
conferences and events. She graduated from the University of
Virginia with a degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Art
History. Before SEPA, Stuart participated in internship programs
with Brodeur Partners in Washington, DC and the Department of
Environmental Quality in Richmond, VA. She primarily assists the
Director of Education and Research.

Bianca Barth, Policy

Ms. Barth began working with SEPA in 2009, where she serves as
SEPA's Policy Manager. Ms. Barth worked most recently as a Policy
Officer at the World Future Council in Hamburg, Germany, where she
dealt with climate and renewable energy policy issues on an
international level. In that capacity, she closely collaborated
with SEPA to make the Solar Fact Finding Missions to Germany and
Spain a big success. Before, she worked in different research
projects at the Environmental Policy Research Centre in Berlin
dealing with climate policies and providing policy advice on
ecological industrial policy to the German Ministry of the
Environment. She holds a Masters in Political Science from the Free
University Berlin.

Ms. Herig serves as SEPA's technical lead. She brings a strong
background in the electric utility industry and solar value
analysis. In addition to 15 years at Florida Power Corporation (now
Progress Energy), Christy targeted solar market definition,
valuation and assessment as a Principal Research Engineer at the
National Center for PV at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
She also chaired the five-year International Energy Agency's, PV
Power Systems, Task 10: Urban Scale PV Applications, and has
provided consulting services to the USDOE, the PV industry and the
California Energy Commission. Christy's educational
background is Chemical Engineering.

Don Lintvet, Director of

Don Lintvet serves as SEPA's Director of Marketing and
Communications. Most recently, Don (or "Lintvet" ) was
co-founder of Marketsmart Partners, a consulting firm focused
on providing early-growth companies and large enterprises with
best-of-class communications strategies . Lintvet's energy
industry experience includes roles as Vice President of Marketing
for Pepco Energy Services and Vice President of Brand Marketing for
EnergyOne, LLC. Prior to his work in the energy services and
deregulated electricity business, Lintvet was Vice President of
Global Branding with Nortel Networks and Director of corporate-wide
advertising and communications for MCI Communications.
Lintvet received his Masters Degree in advertising and strategic
communications from the University of Missouri School of Journalism
and has served as an adjunct professor of undergraduate and
graduate marketing with Marymount University, Georgetown
University's McDonough School of Business, and the University of
Maryland's Smith School of Business.

Stuart Johnson Jr.,

Mr. Johnson began working with SEPA in 2009. He is responsible
for assisting in strengthening the SEPA brand along with a breadth
of other communication needs. A graduate of McDaniel College, Stu
holds a B.A in Communications and has a minor in writing. He comes

Emily Easley, Director of

Ms. Easley is responsible for managing membership recruitment,
membership programs, and all events produced by SEPA. Before
joining SEPA in 2005, Emily was the Membership Coordinator for the
Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) where she managed
membership and assisted in advocacy efforts, while also serving as
the registration and exhibits manager for the Solar Power
Conference and Expo. Emily earned her Bachelors in Science from
Vanderbilt University and participated in the ACORE internship
program.

Jessica Sliva,

Ms. Sliva began working with SEPA in 2008. She is a recent
graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science,
with a major in Geography and minor in Coastal Studies. Her
interest in the renewable energy industry peaked after
participating in a variety of conferences focused on global warming
and alternative energy solutions. She primarily assists the
Directors of membership and operations.

Ms. Glunt joined SEPA as the Exhibits & Sponsorship Manager
for Solar Power International in 2006 and is responsible for all
aspects related to the expo. Michiel has over 16 years experience
in the convention and tradeshow industry and prior to joining SEPA,
she was the Tradeshow Manager for the International Bottled Water
Association where she managed the tradeshow, exhibitor membership
recruitment and assisted in planning the convention. Michiel
telecommutes from Florida and is a member of the International
Association of Exhibitions and Events.

Ms. Sawyer is responsible for assisting with SEPA`s flagship
annual conference, Solar Power International, as well as SEPA`s
other tradeshow participation. Marilyn`s background is in meetings
and exhibits with associations and has taken courses in the Event
Management Program at George Washington University`s School of
Business and has worked as Exhibit, Meetings & Membership
Coordinator at Electronic Retailing Association.

operations of SEPA events. Jessica's background is in meeting and
event planning with associations, professional societies and

Tom Nicholas, Regional

Mr. Nicholas serves as SEPA's regional director for the Central
US. He has more than 20 years of executive level experience
in the electric utility industry. Tom worked for two
utilities starting with Public Service Indiana, now Duke Energy
Indiana, starting in Engineering, moving into the Operations area,
field District Manager, Corporate Industrial Marketing and Economic
Development, before joining Northern Indiana Public Service in the
Corporate Marketing and Sales Manager roles, including both the
regulated and unregulated sides of NISOURCE in Indiana. More
recently, Tom served as the Regional Operations Manager in the
central US with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
Tom has also served and chaired numerous EPRI and EEI utility
committees. Tom is a sought after speaker, speaking at
numerous conferences both nationally and internationally. Tom
was also appointed in 2009 as an alternate, to the National Board
of the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners
(NABCEP).

Kim Kiener, Regional

Ms. Kiener serves as SEPA's regional director for the Western
US. She brings over 25 years experience in the electric utility
industry in the areas of renewable resource portfolios, short and
long term strategic planning, green house gas regulation,
integrated resource planning, resource adequacy, FERC open access
polices, and transmission planning, siting and certificate
approval. Her focus has been on state and federal energy regulatory
and policy implementation, and legislative issues for both public
power and investor owned sectors. She has worked for both public
power and investor owned utilities as well as doing stints with
both a consumer advocate agency and a public service board.

Sandra Burton, Regional

Ms. Burton serves as SEPA's regional director for the Eastern
U.S. Ms. Burton is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with over 15
years experience in the development, implementation and management
of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs both in the U.S.
and abroad. Her background stretches from Sandia National
Laboratory and the U.S. Department of Energy to the electric
utility industry. Most recently, Sandra was the Managing Director
of Utility Programs at SunEdison where she led the team that
developed solar energy solutions for U.S. electric utilities.
Before joining the SunEdison team, Ms. Burton served as the
Principal Deputy Assistant with the Delaware Department of Natural
Resources and Environmental Control, where she developed and
launched Delaware's award winning Energy An$wers program. Ms.
Burton has a B.S. in economics from the University of Utah,
attended graduate school in applied economics at American
University, Washington, D.C., and has an MBA from the University of
