| SEPA currently offers two different training courses throughout the year, Training for the Utility Sector and Introduction to Electric Utilities for the Solar Sector. Details and dates are below. | |
Training for the Utility SectorIn an effort to help utilities educate their employees about solar energy, SEPA will offer half-day trainings on specific modules as they relate to Applications & Grid Integration Strategies and Utility Solar Business Models.
Starting in 2012, this training will be available to utility members periodically throughout the year, dates and places TBD.

Training for the Solar SectorIntro to Electric Utilities for the Solar Sector This interactive two-day training course for companies throughout the solar industry value chain will provide a comprehensive understanding of the electric utility industry, and how solar products and services fit into the utility business model. For those who are new to working with utilities, or even veterans needing a refresher on how the pieces fit together, this course is designed to help make sense out of this complex and rapidly changing industry.
