Space is limited to 25 people and a registration fee of $150 for members and $200 for non-members applies. While the event is designed for the southeast, utilities in south central and central eastern states are encouraged to attend as well.
Hotel Information:
November 8
For those arriving on November 8 and need hotel reservations, we have set aside a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Orlando Downtown. Reservations may be made by calling too free 1-800 Embassy (1-800-362-2779) and ask for the Solar Electric Power Association group rate of $119 per night. Reservations must be received by October 29, 2010.
After October 29th, standard rooms may be available at the group rate, depending on availability. A credit card will be required to hold reservation will be held until the night of the arrival date. Reservation may be cancelled no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to scheduled arrival. Individual cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on day prior to arrival will be billed one night's room and tax.

For those attending the tour, you will need to make a hotel reservation at the Doubletree Hotel Cocoa Beach Oceanfront for the night of November 9. Reservations may be made by calling toll free 1-800-552-3224, and asking for the Solar Electric Power Association group rate of $149 per night. Reservations must be received by 10/19/2010.
After October 19th, standard rooms may be available at the group rate, depending on availability. A credit card will be required to hold reservation will be held until the night of the arrival date. Reservation may be cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Individual cancellations received after 48 hours of scheduled arrival will be billed one night's room and tax.
