The fastest growing sector of the U.S. solar market is
utility scale photovoltaic projects. To date, the largest projects
have been built in Europe where developers have enjoyed lucrative
feed in tariffs and a relatively low cost of labor. However,
similarly sized U.S. projects don't enjoy these benefits - margins
