Special Webinar: Tools for Streamlining Interconnection
Managing the interconnection process is still a labor-intensive challenge for many utilities. SEPA, Clean Power Research and the U.S. Department of Energy (through the SunShot initiative) are working to streamline the interconnection process with new software tools. Utilities interested in improving the interconnection process should be sure to join us to discuss the issues and challenges relating to interconnection, and for a demonstration of the administration features that will be available in PowerClerk Interconnect. Learn how the data captured during interconnection is valuable for community engagement and integrating distributed PV into utility operations.
Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to post questions during a Q&A session.
Participant take-aways will include:
- Insight into the benefits of online, automated interconnection processes.
- Factors to consider when evaluating interconnection automation solutions.
- Value of distributed PV system of record for engaging customers and long-term planning and operations.
